Shalom dear friends,

 

We hope you had a wonderfully blessed Shavuot in the presence of the Spirit of the living God. We need Holy Spirit so deeply. Without Him we cannot do anything! To me, it feels like I am becoming more and more dependent on Him, or maybe I am just becoming more aware, tasting and seeing that I can do nothing without Him. If He is not at the centre of everything, things are so much less than what they could be in Him.

 

With this said, we are very excited to share with you the second last song from the album, “I will carry you”, called, “The Throne”. The heart of the song is about inviting Him to come and sit on the throne of everything in your life. Sometimes, we put our battles on the throne. Sometimes, we put our finances on the throne. Sometimes, our purposes or even people. There is only One who belongs on the throne of every area of our lives and that is YHVH. We were made to worship Him, love Him, and seek after Him. We were made to fear and revere Him. I don’t want to live the kind of life where He isn’t on the throne. I only want to bow before Him.

 

May you be blessed by this song. May it be more to you than just listening to the song, may it take you into His throne room and may His throne room come in you as it is in heaven.

 

I have also been painting and enjoying Abba’s joy gift to me. I share two of the paintings that came before and during Shavuot, during worship time. Abba alone be glorified in and through it.

 

Psalm 103: 17-22

But the lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who [reverently] fear Him, And His righteousness to children’s children, 18 To those who honor and keep His covenant, And remember to do His commandments [imprinting His word on their hearts]. 19 The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, And His sovereignty rules over all [the universe]. 20 Bless the Lord, you His angels, You mighty ones who do His commandments, Obeying the voice of His word! 21 Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, You who serve Him and do His will. 22 Bless the Lord, all you works of His, in all places of His dominion; Bless and affectionately praise the Lord, O my soul!

May He establish His throne within us and not just in the heavens.

 

May His sovereignty rule over us and in us.
